Job Description:

Working with the Implementation of SAP HCM applications, Collection and Analysis of requirements, implementation & mapping the same in to SAP Human Capital Management system, verification & validation of work flow & data Formats, building the system, performing Go-Live and providing post production support. GAP Analysis and Implementation of existing business scenario, analyzing business operations pertain to development of human resources system. Implementation & design using SAPHCM 4.6C, 4.7, 5.0 & 6.0, CATS, FI/CO, R/3 4.6c to ECC 6.0. Experience in verification & validation testing for any SAP HR module, experience in using defect trackers like P-tracker, mercury Test Director & other functional test tool.

 

Skills Required:

Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, Civil, Industrial Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field and one year experience in SAP HR-HCM.

In lieu of Master’s, and one year experience K-Source will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Civil, Information Technology, Business Administration or any related field and 5 years of experience in SAP HR-HCM.

Previous experience must include implementation & design knowledge in 4.6C, 4.7, 5.0 & 6.0, CATS, FI/CO, R/3 4.6c to ECC 6.0. Experience in verification & validation testing for any SAP HR module, experience in using defect trackers like P-tracker, mercury Test Director & other functional test tool.
